These Terms & Conditions govern the submission of articles, essays, case studies, and related content (“Submission” or “Content”) to Moonray Media Ltd in any format, including digital, print, audio, video, newsletters, syndication, educational materials, and any future media technologies.

By submitting Content to us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility and Author Warranties

By submitting Content, you warrant and represent that:

• You are the original author of the Content, or you hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to submit it.
• The Content is original, has not been plagiarised, and does not infringe any copyright, moral right, trademark, database right, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
• The Content has not been previously published elsewhere, in whole or in substantial part, unless explicitly disclosed and accepted by Moonray Media Ltd in writing.
• The Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not contain false or misleading statements.
• The Content is not defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Where individuals, clients, or case material are referenced, you have obtained all necessary consents and have fully anonymised personal data where required under applicable data protection law.

If you are submitting Content in a professional capacity (including coach, consultant, psychologist, counsellor, therapist, researcher, or educator), you further warrant that:

• The Content is within your professional competence.
• The Content does not constitute unlawful or inappropriate diagnosis, treatment claims, or guarantees of outcome.
• You do not misrepresent your qualifications, credentials, or professional scope.

2. Content Responsibility and Professional Safeguarding

All Content remains your sole responsibility.

Moonray Media Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, harm, or consequences arising directly or indirectly from publication or use of the Content.

Content published by Moonray Media Ltd is provided for informational, reflective, and educational purposes only and does not constitute:

• medical advice
• psychological diagnosis or treatment
• psychotherapy or counselling
• legal advice
• financial advice

Readers are solely responsible for their interpretation and use of the Content.

3. Licence Grant

By submitting Content, you grant Moonray Media Ltd a:

non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence

to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, store, archive, transmit, display, perform, edit, adapt, translate, and create derivative works from the Content in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to digital platforms, print publications, audio, video, social media, newsletters, marketing, educational materials, and syndication.

This includes the right to:

• publish excerpts, summaries, and extracts
• repurpose Content for promotional use
• incorporate Content into anthologies, compilations, and special editions
• distribute Content via third-party platforms and partners
• archive Content indefinitely

You retain copyright in your original Content, subject to this licence.

4. Editorial Control and Modification Rights

Moonray Media Ltd reserves full editorial discretion over all Content and may:

• edit, revise, restructure, or rewrite Content for clarity, style, grammar, tone, or length
• modify headings, titles, summaries, metadata, and presentation
• align Content with editorial house style, audience expectations, and publishing standards
• update Content post-publication for accuracy, clarity, SEO, relevance, or legal compliance
• add editorial context, disclaimers, or annotations where necessary

Editorial decisions are final. Moonray Media Ltd is under no obligation to consult the author regarding editorial changes, provided the substantive meaning of the Content is not materially misrepresented.

5. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

If any part of the Content has been generated, assisted, or edited using artificial intelligence tools, you must:

• disclose this fact to Moonray Media Ltd at the time of submission
• ensure that all Content has been independently reviewed, verified, and fact-checked by you
• ensure that no AI-generated material infringes third-party rights or reproduces protected content unlawfully

Moonray Media Ltd reserves the right to reject or withdraw Content where AI use is undisclosed, misleading, or inconsistent with editorial standards.

6. Removal, Withdrawal, and Archival Rights

For digital Content, you may request withdrawal from active publication.

Moonray Media Ltd will consider such requests in good faith but reserves the right to:

• retain Content in archived form
• maintain copies for legal, regulatory, editorial, or record-keeping purposes
• continue distribution where Content has been syndicated, republished, downloaded, or embedded by third parties

Removal from active publication does not guarantee removal from:

• archives
• print editions
• third-party platforms
• indexing systems
• cached or replicated versions

Moonray Media Ltd is under no obligation to delete Content already lawfully distributed.

7. No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of Content does not guarantee publication in any format.

Moonray Media Ltd reserves absolute discretion to accept, reject, delay, or withdraw any Content at any stage of the editorial or production process.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonray Media Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with:

• breach of these Terms
• breach of third-party intellectual property rights
• defamation, libel, or unlawful statements
• failure to obtain necessary consents or permissions
• misrepresentation of professional qualifications or claims

9. Moral Rights and Attribution

You consent to the editing, adaptation, and publication of the Content in accordance with these Terms and waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any moral rights you may have in relation to the Content insofar as such waiver is necessary to allow Moonray Media Ltd to exercise its rights under this agreement.

Moonray Media Ltd may determine the manner and placement of attribution.

10. No Compensation

Unless expressly agreed in writing:

• no payment, royalty, or compensation is due for submitted or published Content
• submission does not create any employment or contractual relationship

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting Content to Moonray Media Ltd, you confirm that:

• you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
• all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading
• you accept full responsibility for the Content submitted
