About This Publication
MOONRAY Mind-Body-Soul is an international publication exploring personal growth, self-awareness, wellbeing, and spiritual inquiry.
We publish reflective, practical, and experience-based writing that helps readers better understand themselves, their lives, and the wider human experience.
Our audience is global and English-speaking, spanning readers in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, South America, and Asia.
Our readers include people who are:
- Exploring personal development and emotional wellbeing
- Interested in spirituality, consciousness, and inner growth
- Seeking practical tools for real-life change and reflection
- Curious about both psychological and spiritual perspectives on life
We welcome a wide range of voices, perspectives, and lived experiences.
What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in articles that are:
- Based on real-life experience, reflection, or personal insight
- Grounded in practical application rather than abstract theory
- Clear, relatable, and easy to understand
- Helpful for readers navigating real-life challenges or questions
- Honest about uncertainty, complexity, and human experience
We especially value writing that:
- Shares lived experience or personal transformation
- Explores lessons learned through practice or life experience
- Offers practical tools, reflections, or perspectives readers can use
- Encourages thoughtful reflection rather than rigid conclusions
Tone and Writing Style
We are not an academic or scientific publication.
We prefer writing that is:
- Warm, human, and conversational
- Clear and accessible to a general audience
- Reflective rather than instructional or authoritative
- Grounded in lived experience or honest inquiry
Please avoid:
- Academic or overly technical language
- Dense theoretical or abstract writing without real-world application
- Promotional or sales-focused content
- Rigid or dogmatic claims presented as absolute truth
We aim to invite reflection, not prescribe belief.
Spiritual and Esoteric Content
We welcome submissions exploring spiritual, mystical, and esoteric themes, including (but not limited to):
- Tarot and symbolic systems
- Meditation and mindfulness practices
- Lucid dreaming and astral projection
- Intuition, psychic perception, and energy experiences
- Spiritual philosophy and personal spiritual journeys
However, all spiritual content must be written in a grounded and respectful way.
We do not publish content that:
- Presents beliefs as absolute or unquestionable truth
- Uses preaching, evangelising, or “gospel-style” language
- Claims guaranteed supernatural outcomes or powers as factual certainty
- Imposes a single belief system as universally correct
We welcome exploration, not doctrine. We invite curiosity, not certainty.
Article Content Guidelines
We prefer articles that:
- Focus on one clear idea, experience, or reflection
- Use real-life examples, stories, or personal insight
- Offer practical takeaways or points for reflection
- Translate ideas into lived understanding
We discourage:
- Purely promotional content (for promotional content, please consider purchasing ad space instead)
- Abstract or philosophical essays with no grounding in experience
- Beliefs and viewpoints presented as absolute or unquestionable truth
Length Guidelines
Typical article length:
- 1,000 to 2,000 words
We may consider shorter or longer pieces where the content is strong and appropriate.
